Delivery, warranty and returns
Delivery
Free UK mainland delivery on mobility products. Accessories ordered separately are excluded. Extra charges may apply to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, islands and remote postcodes; please ask us for a quote.
Chair delivery is within 3 working days. Contact our team if you need to discuss delivery arrangements or a specific date.
Warranty
Limited warranty: 5 years on the frame, 14 months on the battery and motors, and 1 year on the controller and electronics. Conditions and exclusions apply; carriage or labour charges may apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Returns
For an online change-of-mind return, tell us within 14 days of delivery, then return the item within a further 14 days. Contact us before sending your chair back for return instructions. Return transport costs and conditions are explained in the policy.
