Refund & Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. However, if you’ve simply changed your mind, please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.
Once you have notified us within the timeframe, you will have an additional 14 days to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags).
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning any item, please contact us at support@xsto.co.uk to obtain a verified return reference number, which is essential for processing your return. Items sent back without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Returning Your Order to Us
We understand that returning larger items may be difficult without support. We are pleased to offer a collection service through our trusted logistics partners for a fixed fee of £100 (Specialist courier).
If you would like to use this service, please ensure your item is fully boxed and securely sealed for safe transport. Please note, a valid return reference number is required before arranging collection.
Alternatively, you may return your item via your own preferred courier. We strongly recommend obtaining insurance cover equal to the full value of the item to protect against any damage in transit.

Retaining Packaging
When receiving your product, we encourage you to carefully unpack and inspect it to ensure it meets your expectations. Please retain all original packaging, as this is required if you wish to return the item.
If the product has been used, installed, or handled in a way that affects its condition, we may apply a partial refund to reflect any loss in value. We may also request photos of the item before approving the return.
A full refund will only be issued upon the safe return of the unused product in its original packaging, following a successful inspection. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you suspect any damage during transit or upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
